Arrrr! There be Pirates!
I Love my Chap.
We decided not to go and spend vast amounts of cash in order to itell each other that we love each other because some companies think that we should on this one day.
So we went Shopping for some other stuff, and He brought me Lego Pirates!
We built it together and it is now proudly displayed on top of my Fabric stash cabinet. It has some fantasticly amusing things such as a working canon, skulls that can be droped though a secret trapdoor & a hat removing sharp impliment thing.
It has a a Parrot & Pirate WENCH with corset and bust!

There are others one day I shall have them..
Hugs
Hugs are a great thing.
Both in reality and virtually they can pick you up when you are feeling a bit down.
Some times you need to ask for them, sometimes they are given unexpectedly.
Some people trade virtual hugs for the real thing.
They can be a greeting, a friendly gesure.
They can be done standing up, sitting down
They can be done with your clothes on or off.
Hugs, huggles, cuddles....there are lots of different kinds of hug
So whenever you are feeling a little down, a little out of sorts, want to show how much you care or just because,
Have a hug.

New Car!
Yesterday I brought a new car, as since I've started working in Worcester trying to get the 2 of us to work at the right times is be coming a bit of an issue - Mark is doing more hours than he needs to be & I'm just about managing to do mine.
So what did I buy? A Citroen C1 Rhythm. It is lovely and cute and shiney and Red.
I pick it up on Wednesday :D
In other news I've hurt my back :( - but I have an appointment to see the chiropractor on...Wednesday :) Hopefuly she can put me straight again!

And my LARP kit is covered in it. Specifically Tolmers mud.
The event was wet at one point a months rain apparently fell; the sun decided to appear on Sunday afternoon at approximately 3.01pm. Time out was 3pm.
Other than being wet, it was a good event - less angst, but productive, got lots of things done that I needed to. :)
But Oh the MUD.
Now I have to clear it up :(
Maelstrom!
For the final time this year. I'm off to go and dress up in theatrical costume, and pretend to be someone else in the middle of a muddy field for the weekend.
I just need to pack and do some larp-er herding.
Whilst I'm doing this and vanishing into the fields - for your viewing pleasure I have a had a lovely cartoon of Charlotte done for which i thank David very much for and will give hugs and beer.

Birthday!
Today it is my birthday.I am 27, and one step closer to 30 and one day I *Will* catch up with everyone else!
Tonight I am having celebrations with my friends; but 1st....I have to go to work :(
Missing Cat - UPDATE
She's been found.
Silly cat had gotten herself trapped in a house that is being renovated.
We've decided to keep her in for a couple of days just to make sure that she's okay and not suffering too much form her escapade.
I just hope she learns not to be so nosey...
Missing cat
My cat has gone missing :(
It's not like her to just vanish. The last confirmed sighting of her is Tuesday Morning, I'm hoping that shes just gotten herself shut in a house or shed, as I've asked around the street and put flyers out. I've also let the microchip company know shes missing too.
I'm especially worried as earlier in the week my friends cat was found dead. She'd been missing for 2 days...
